The Bennett Cancer Center was home to my mom and my family on and off for 4 years and it is where she spent the last 5 months of her life. We spent the Super Bowl, celebrated birthdays, Valentine’s Day, did a gender reveal for my brother and his wife, and made so many memories within the walls of this hospital. They offered us an impeccably clean, beautiful space with some of the most amazing angels taking care of my mom and us as a family and I will forever be grateful for that.  In addition to the amazing facility, the doctors at Bennett Cancer Center saw my mom as the amazing mother, wife, friend, and grandma and took risks to prolong her life as much as possible. They gave her 5 additional months to be with us that we are forever grateful for.  

For over 28 years, the Bennett Cancer Center Center has provided the highest standard of care in the area to our community’s cancer patients and their families in a warm and supportive environment. The funds raised through Hope in Motion go directly to sustain programs and services at the Bennett Cancer Center at no cost to the patients including:*Exercise sessions for patients post-treatment*Restorative sessions of Reiki and reflexology*Massage & yoga*Rides to and from treatment*Lunches for patients who are in chemotherapy*Grants for patients’ non-medical expenses

My family is so grateful for this hospital and all they have done for our family.
